Warping

Warping is the process of collecting individual yarn ends from the creel and transfer on to a beam. Depending on the density of warp ends and the required width of the fabric, the number of ends required for the fabric is divided and accordingly the number of sections required for the given sort is decided.

  • We Possess 2 Warping Units of world-renowned Karl Mayer, Italy.
  • This latest warping technology with full and direct warping, makes the best quality beam for Air Jet Looms.
  • To produce a quality beam suitable for warping, we ensure that there is no wild yarn, no high/low selvedge, no loose ends, and also ensure that parameters such as maintaining of warping speed, braking systems and uniformity of tension across beams are met.
