Warping
Warping is the process of collecting individual yarn ends from the creel and transfer on to a beam. Depending on the density of warp ends and the required width of the fabric, the number of ends required for the fabric is divided and accordingly the number of sections required for the given sort is decided.
Sizing
Sizing is a very important and critical preparatory process of weaving that comes after warping, essential for weaving of the fabric with single-ply spun yarn. The quality of the sizing process directly influences the performance of the loom and the quality of the fabric to be woven. Therefore, we possess and use the High-Tech Pro-Size Sizing Unit of world-renowned Karl Mayer, Italy.

Knitting
The Knitting Infrastructure consists of 50 nos. of Circular Knitting Machines (Single Jersey and Double Jersey) of world-renowned Mayer & Cie, a German brand, in various gauge and diameter.
